Enterprise Data Management Coordinator

Job Purpose

An EDM Operations Executive creates and maintains the accuracy of enterprise master databases on customers, vendors and materials in SAP System in accordance to pre-defined processes. SLA is key to this position. This position requires periodic review to ensure data accuracy and up to date. EDM Operations executive is responsible to generate weekly Vendor Sales Out report for submission to key vendors with focus on quality and timeliness.

• Creates master data for vendors, customers and materials in SAP system accurately within SLA (50%)
• Ensures proper data governance with right level of confidential classifications (5%)
• Data maintenance and execute corrective actions to ensure good database quality (25%)
• Addresses user's requirement and concerns (10%)
• Timely and accurate submission of vendor's sales out report to key vendors (10%)

• 1 to 3 Years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree with Business IT Supply Chain Field of Study preferred.
• Able to execute instructions and request clarification when needed.
• Possesses strong data entry skills.
• Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
• Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
• Able to converse and write effectively in English.

• Distribution center environment may include exposure to extreme temperatures; high noise levels; high places; wet and/or humid conditions; and outside weather conditions.
