As a full‑time Title Examiner, you will search real‑estate records, examine titles, and summarize pertinent legal documents to prepare a title commitment for our clients.

• Review assigned files and conduct thorough title examinations.
• Research public records, deeds, mortgages, liens, and other documents to identify defects, encumbrances, or other issues that may affect property ownership or transferability.
• Compile and summarize findings in a clear, accurate title report for internal and client use.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns via email and phone.
• Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, and document preparation.
• Support other departments as needed to contribute to overall operational success.

• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent organizational, communication and multitasking abilities
• High‑level critical thinking and independent problem‑solving skills
• Prior experience in the title industry is preferred, but not required for all positions
• Proficiency with computer skills and the Microsoft Office suite

This is a full‑time, in‑office position from 9 AM to 6 PM.
