Position: Receptionist (Onsite, $20/hour)

We are seeking a professional and highly organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. This role is responsible for maintaining a welcoming, polished front office environment while providing administrative support and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and visitors with a friendly, professional, and helpful attitude
  • Direct visitors to appropriate areas and notify employees of arrivals
  • Maintain workplace security by managing visitor logs and issuing/collecting visitor badges
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked front desk, lobby, and executive office areas
  • Prepare conference rooms for meetings (including setting up Zoom/virtual calls) and reset rooms afterward
  • Order and coordinate office lunches, groceries, and supplies; manage deliveries and kitchen organization
  • Restock kitchen and lobby areas (coffee, water, snacks, utensils) throughout the day
  • Support administrative tasks including copying, scanning, faxing, and scheduling appointments
  • Collaborate with Executive Assistants on high‑priority meetings and events
  • Provide general administrative and ad hoc support as needed
Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • One year of previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong understanding of general administrative and clerical procedures
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Customer‑service oriented with a positive, team‑focused mindset
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast‑paced environment

Hours:

8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

Location:

Clearwater, FL 33759 (onsite only)

Pay = $20/hour
