Parts Counter Person

Crown Automotive Group is hiring an experienced Automotive Parts Counter Person for one of its dealerships in Florida, Ohio, and Tennessee. This is a retail auto parts role that requires a minimum of 3–6 months of dealership parts counter experience.

• Distribute parts with proper invoices or repair orders
• Credit returns in a timely and orderly manner – within 48 hours
• Inspect sheet metal and other similar items before leaving the dealership, as required
• Inspect returns as per policy
• Access, look up, price and order parts
• Maintain inventory experience and keep order logs to ensure sufficient stock
• Perform other duties per description and as assigned

• Experienced and aware of the latest automotive technologies and a persistent problem solver
• Previous automotive dealership parts counter/advisor experience (minimum 3–6 months)
• Brand-specific parts experience a plus
• People-person with a friendly personality
• Computer proficiency
• Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Valid and clean driver's license
• Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screen
