Express Service Technician

The Express Service Technician performs vehicle maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards and builds customer loyalty by ensuring confidence in Auto Nation as a care‑giver for vehicle safety and reliability.

• Perform vehicle maintenance work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following dealership and factory standards.
• Communicate with the Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to manage production and customer communication.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Stay abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory‑sponsored training classes as appropriate.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.

• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow processes to ensure quality and safety.
• In‑state driver’s license with an acceptable, safe driving record. Experience as an express/quick lube technician is preferred.
• A passion for cars and customer service.

• Progression from Service Technician to Service Advisor, management, regional, and executive roles.
