Overview
Frank Crum Staffing is a national staffing company that specializes in contract, temporary to permanent, and direct hire staffing. This role is a full-time Bilingual Business Development Manager located in Clearwater, FL. The position focuses on identifying and developing new business through the full cycle sales of staffing services in an assigned territory.
Responsibilities- Prospect for new general staffing job orders through outside sales, cold calling, networking, marketing, presentations, and follow-up communications.
- Screen prospects to identify qualified leads for new business development.
- Learn clients’ businesses to determine needs, wants, and budget to effectively apply knowledge of Frank Crum Staffing services and find innovative solutions.
- Negotiate and close orders.
- Manage accounts by building and maintaining client relationships to achieve work-related goals.
- Collaborate with Staffing Coordinators to ensure accounts sold align with service resources and candidate pool, and to market candidates to clients.
- Maintain written documentation of sales and report activity.
- Focus on results and self-evaluate performance to improve sales results.
- Travel to office and worksite locations of potential and current clients.
Required: Exceptional customer service, strong written and verbal communication, and listening skills. At least two (2) years of direct business-to-business sales, one (1) year of recruiting and/or staffing industry experience, and a history of exceeding individual goals while contributing to team success. Must possess a stellar work ethic and a strong commitment. High school diploma or equivalent and a valid Florida driver’s license.
