This individual will oversee centralized business functions focused on patient retention, operational efficiency, and enhanced patient experience, while executing strategic initiatives that impact the organization s is a highly visible leadership role with direct exposure to executive leadership, responsible for both team performance and enterprise-wide operational transformation initiatives.
REQUIRED
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) 7+ years of overall business experience with leadership/management responsibility Proven experience leading large operations teams and centralized functions Strong background in process improvement, analytics, and operational strategy

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Experience with in healthcare or DME industry Experience managing call centers or centralized operations environments Exposure to data analytics and performance optimization initiatives
