• Turn the CEO's direction into clear, assigned tasks in Asana with deadlines
• Run regular check-ins to confirm real progress, not just status updates
• Follow up on stalled tasks and slow responses in Slack/Asana, and unblock them
• Own timelines for cross-functional projects (launches, campaigns, ops initiatives)
• Give the CEO clear, honest status updates on where things stand
• Coach team members on hitting deadlines and communicating proactively

• 3+ years in project management, operations, or a similar accountability-driven role
• Hands-on experience with Asana (or Monday, Click Up, Trello)
• Strong communicator, comfortable following up and holding people accountable
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Must work in person, full-time, from our Clearwater, FL office

Compensation: ~$75,000/year, commensurate with experience. Reports directly to the CEO.
