Position Summary
The TR Project Consultant leads and coordinates strategic Team Resources initiatives that support organizational priorities, workforce engagement, operational excellence, and business transformation efforts. This role manages complex projects and programs, supports mergers and acquisitions activities, monitors strategic and financial performance, and drives process improvement initiatives that enhance the team member experience and organizational effectiveness.
The consultant leads multiple concurrent initiatives while providing guidance and support to team members managing less complex projects. Responsibilities include developing project plans, managing timelines, tracking deliverables, coordinating stakeholder engagement, facilitating change management activities, and ensuring projects remain aligned with organizational goals.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Public Administration, or related field
- Four (4) years of experience in project management, strategic operations, business operations, human resources, organizational effectiveness, analytics, or a related field
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, or ability to obtain within one (1) year of hire or transfer

Any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities- Project management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Strategic planning and operational execution
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, complex formulas, data analysis, and reporting
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint presentation development
- SharePoint administration and intranet content management
- Change management methodologies and organizational readiness practices
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
