A community organization in Clearwater seeks a Before and/or After School Site Supervisor to lead operations of a School‑Age Program. Responsibilities include overseeing staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and fostering relationships with families. Candidates should have a High School Diploma, relevant experience in childcare, and be capable of creating a nurturing environment for children. Additional preferred qualifications include an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a child-related field.
CPR and First Aid certifications are required within 90 days of hiring.
