** What We Need:
** We’re seeking a Regional Engineering Lead with deep studio, RF, and management experience to guide a high‑performing team of broadcast engineers. The ideal candidate brings at least five years of radio engineering experience, strong technical expertise, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. This role requires a valid driver’s license with a clean record, comfort working at heights and in tight spaces, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.

An associate degree or higher in a technical field — or equivalent experience — is essential.
** What You'll Do:
*** Maintains and optimizes all digital and traditional broadcast systems, including RF equipment, transmitters, studio consoles, and audio technology
* Troubleshoots outages and technical issues; performs routine diagnostics, repairs, and equipment replacements
* Supports installation, training, and use of hardware, software, servers, workstations, and networking components
* Installs and maintains desktop systems for internal users and market sites
* Documents all maintenance, repair, and technical activity
* Determines required test equipment, parts, and tools for repairs
* Travels periodically to other iHeart
