In our non-stuffy, collaborative environment, Intake Registration Specialists are trusted team members who drive client engagement with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a seamless start to the client journey.

• Respond to inbound inquiries (phone, email, webforms) promptly, assessing potential clients’ needs with empathy and professionalism.
• Qualify leads by gathering preliminary information about their legal needs (e.g., probate, estate planning, elder law) and aligning them with at Cause’s services.
• Educate potential clients about the firm’s flat-feemodel and service benefits to build trust and interest.
• Maintain accurate lead data in the firm’s CRMsystem, ensuring follow-up and tracking.
• Schedule consultations with attorneys, coordinating calendars to ensure timely and accurate bookings.
• Prepare intake forms and client materials, ensuring attorneys have necessary information for consultations.
• Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and provide pre-consultation guidance.
• Support the client services team with administrative tasks, such as updating records and managing inquiry logs.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in a cleint-facing sales, customer service, or intake role, preferably in a legal or professional services setting.
• Basic knowledge of probate, estate planning, or legal processes, with willingness to learn Florida-specific procedures.
• Proven ability to qualify leads and engage clients with consultative sales approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software(e.g., Clio, Hubspot, etc. We use Zoho).
• Strong Organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and team interactions.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, team- oriented, environment.
• Compassionate and client-focused mindset, aligning with at Cause's people-first philosophy.
• Adaptability to handle evolving priorities and a non-stuffy workplace culture.

• $17 per hour.
• PTO and sick days after 90 days.
