Position

Front Desk Concierge

Responsibilities
  • Answer and transfer all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner, providing information, direction and other appropriate assistance to residents, staff, guests and vendors.
  • Perform a variety of clerical duties as assigned.
  • Provide ongoing switchboard/telephone coverage.
  • Distribute packages, business mail and magazines.
  • Maintain visitor sign-in logs.
  • Monitor closed circuit security TV cameras and fire alarm board (where applicable).
  • Maintain security for admittance to all entries accessible to the public.
  • Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
  • Prepare correspondence, memos, and other documents.
  • Receive all persons who enter the Community in a courteous manner and assist residents, visitors, staff or vendors to present the best possible image of the Community.
  • PRN - On-call

Clearwater, FL

Hours

Sundays-Wednesdays; 4:00pm to 12:00am

Qualifications
  • High School graduate.
  • Ability to communicate efficiently in English using proper grammar in a pleasant manner.
  • Typing and experience with Microsoft Office software.
  • Must be able to handle a multiplicity of routine tasks, following specific instructions carefully and general instructions completely.
