You will be responsible for answering all incoming calls, emails, text messages and other communications, handling customer questions and outbound complaints, and transferring potential leads to our sales team. The ideal candidate should have an outgoing and positive demeanor, a strong work ethic, and a track record of teamwork.
Applicants with some customer service experience are preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
- Provide world‑class service for current FASTer Way clients, coaches, and community members.
- Engage in multi‑platform outreach to nurture prospects and support growth of new client and VIP programs.
- Proactively communicate with clients who wish to change their new client or VIP membership status.
- Ensure a consistent high‑quality customer service experience that leads to client retention.
- Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries, resolving complaints via phone, text or email in less than two hours.
- De‑escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support.
- Review customer or client accounts, providing updates about billing, shipping, warranties and other account items.
- Report and track specific KPIs and benchmarks.
- Collaborate with other call center professionals and team members to improve customer service and act as a liaison between clients and the company.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Self‑motivated and dependable.
- Bi‑lingual in Spanish and English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude and adaptability to a rapidly changing environment.

- Knowledge of Google Sheets.
