Overview

Our team is currently welcoming organized and service-focused individuals to join us as Travel Concierge
. In this position, you will assist clients with coordinating personalized vacation experiences by helping organize travel components, sharing destination suggestions, and supporting travelers throughout their preparation process.

This opportunity works well for individuals who enjoy assisting others, staying detail-focused, and learning about vacation destinations while working within a flexible virtual environment. Guided onboarding and continued support resources are provided to help you succeed in the role.

Responsibilities
  • Support clients as they arrange leisure travel experiences such as resorts, flights, cruises, and guided activities
  • Provide helpful destination suggestions based on traveler interests and preferences
  • Communicate with travelers using email, messaging platforms, and phone when appropriate
  • Coordinate reservation details with approved travel suppliers and partners
  • Keep travelers informed about planning updates and available travel opportunities
  • Maintain organized records of itineraries and client requests within internal systems
  • Assist clients during multiple stages of their trip preparation timeline
Qualifications
  • Interest in helping others organize memorable travel experiences
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stay organized while managing several planning requests
  • Comfortable working independently in an online workspace
  • Familiar with standard computer tools and internet navigation
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Mexico, Australia or another approved regions
