Contract Client Relations & Communications Specialist

We’re a growing company looking for an enthusiastic, people‑first communicator to join our team on a contract basis — with real potential to grow into a full‑time Office Manager role for the right person!

You’ll be the friendly voice of our company — both reaching out to clients proactively and welcoming them when they call in. This is not a sales or technical support role. It’s about being warm, organized, and making sure every client feels heard and gets connected to the right person quickly.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Calling existing clients to update them on our new website and email systems
  • Checking in to see how things are going and if we can help with anything
  • Listening for issues or new requests and passing them along to the right team member
  • Answering incoming calls, gathering client information, and routing calls to the appropriate person
  • Being the welcoming, reliable first point of contact our clients love to hear from

Please Note: This role does not involve technical support or sales. Your superpower is people — gathering the right information and making sure it gets to exactly who needs it.

What We’re Looking For
  • A natural conversationalist who genuinely enjoys talking to people
  • Confident, warm, and professional on the phone — with both familiar clients and new callers
  • Strong organizational skills — you capture details accurately and follow through
  • Comfortable striking up a conversation and putting people at ease right away
  • Self‑motivated, dependable, and positive
  • Prior experience in customer service, reception, or client relations is a plus

Position Type: Contract — with potential to grow into a permanent Office Manager role

Location: 1163 N. Hercules Ave, Clearwater, FL 33765

Schedule: Flexible — to be discussed

Compensation: $20–$25 per hour (based on experience)

Hours per Week: Part‑time — 20 to 30 hours per week

Start Date: Ready when you are!
