* The pay rate for this job is $18 - $19 / hour*

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, building strong client relationships and identifying growth opportunities
• Take a consultative approach to support the customer journey, resolve issues, and improve client success and retention
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party partners to ensure timely project delivery and smooth workflows
• Support lead generation efforts through prospecting, research, qualification, and follow-up activities
• Maintain and update CRM data, opportunity pipelines, and sales tracking documentation
• Assist sales and marketing teams with campaign tracking, reporting, and sales process support
• Communicate professionally with customers and cross-functional teams via phone, email, virtual meetings, and presentations
• Proactively resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of service and professionalism

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with People Ready
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and with customers
• Experience with CRM systems and sales management software; MS Dynamics CRM experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, email platforms, conferencing tools, and Docu Sign
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and customer-focused mindset
• ERP system experience preferred; foreign language skills are a plus
• Regularly required to sit or stand and to walk around the facility
• Regularly required to read documents and computer screen
• Regularly required to speak and to communicate
• Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
• Background check and Drug test required
