What You’ll Do:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, clinics, and healthcare providers.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and urgency.
  • Educate patients and customers on medical products, usage guidelines, and delivery timelines.
  • Support internal teams with order processing, tracking, and follow-up.
  • Monitor open orders and backorders to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Accurately document all interactions in CRM or EMR systems.
  • Resolve customer concerns while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2+ years of customer service, call center, or dispatch experience.
  • Experience handling high-volume communication (phone, email, chat).
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work onsite with consistent attendance.
  • Spanish bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
