Base pay range$45,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr
Purpose of the Job:
The Customer Service Representative provides critical support to the Inside Sales team and Sales Director in fielding customer inquiries and concerns and providing thoughtful responses.
Essential Functions:
- Work closely with the inside sales team
- Answer incoming calls | assisting internal and external customers with inquiries and concerns, providing answers or responses
- Data entry of orders in ERP system
- Provide coverage for Inside Sales Team members, when away from the office
- Assist with new customer outreach strategies
- Prospect leads
- Receive orders, calculate charges and aid in billing functions/duties
- Provide information about products and services
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to team success by building long-lasting customer relationships.
- Other duties as assigned
- Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in business or supply chain management or a minimum of five years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of two years of related customer service and data entry experience.
- Ability to prioritize, and follow established directions and procedures
- Ability to work independently, while aiding the team as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly intermediate Excel skills
- Solid relationship building and ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors independently.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to integrity, dependability, professionalism, positivity and respectful demeanor.
