CoverageX, a leading provider of vehicle service contracts, is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join our team!
Position OverviewAs a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with their vehicle service contract inquiries. You’ll handle inbound calls, resolve issues, and provide information in a professional and friendly manner.
Key Responsibilities- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding vehicle service contracts
- Assist customers with policy details, coverage options, claims, and billing questions
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Document customer interactions in our system and follow up as necessary
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when handling customer concerns
- Ability to de-escalate challenging customer inquiries, comments, and concerns while delivering necessary information consistent with Company policies and processes
- Regardless of recurring and routine customer inquiries, comments, and concerns, approaches each and every interaction with superior listening skills
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining excellent customer service
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- 1+ years’ experience in a customer service role (call center experience preferred)
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to work designated hours of operation
- Adheres to service and operational standards established including quality, productivity, and punctuality
