Salary/Hourly Rate:$22/hr
Position Overview:The 2nd Shift Customer Care Representative interacts with customers to provide information about products and services, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive experience. The role involves handling inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. The hours are from 1:30 pm to 10 pm.
Responsibilities of the 2nd Shift Customer Care Representative:- Provide information about products and services via phone, email, or in person.
- Enter orders, cancel accounts, and obtain complaint details.
- Keep records of customer interactions and actions taken.
- Check and resolve customer problems.
- Contact customers regarding inquiries or claim results.
- Determine charges, collect payments, and arrange billing.
- Complete contract forms and prepare change of address records.
- Refer unresolved grievances to designated departments.
- Resolve service or billing complaints by exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks and sit for extended periods.
- Experience in customer service or related field (6 months to 1 year is preferred).
- Proficiency in computers and data entry.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate solutions.
- Organizational and prioritization skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Experience with contract documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with billing and payment processes.
- Ability to recommend process improvements.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- High school diploma is required.
- Associate's degree is preferred.
