Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort and Spa is seeking a Spa Reception Agent to provide calm, attentive service and manage spa reservations. You will open/close shifts, check guests in using Book4, collect payments, and ensure bookings are accurate while maintaining a clean, stocked environment.
Prior spa reception experience is preferred. Responsibilities include making product and treatment recommendations, promoting wellness, and serving as the primary contact for the guest spa experience.
