Christina Rudman Family and Cosmetic Dentistry of Clearwater is now hiring a Full Time Dental Front Desk Coordinator in Clearwater, Florida.
As a Full Time Dental Front Desk Coordinator, join our community of collaborative, high-quality clinical, business and operations professionals. We are looking for a new team member who likes to work as a team but also takes ownership in their work, communicates well and creates a positive professional first impression for every patient.
ScheduleMonday through Thursday 6:45 am – 5:00 pm.

- Appointment scheduling
- Coordinating patient payments
- Answer incoming calls
- Confirm appointments
- Confirm patient information and gather needed documentation
- Brief patients on treatment plans and practice’s policies
- Present treatment plans
- Knowledge of case acceptances, budgeting, and insurance
- Knowledge and ability to execute insurance verifications and claims management
- Confident and skilled in dental treatment case presentations
- Experience in creating productive and efficient provider schedules
- High school diploma required
- 2+ years dental front office experience required
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
- Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanour
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multi‑tasking and organisational skills
- Ability to collaborate with a team
- Self‑starter, quick learner, reliable
- Prolonged sitting and standing as needed
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
