Full-Time Dental Assistant – Denture & Implant Clinic (Clearwater)

We're looking for an experienced, compassionate full-time Dental Assistant to join our growing denture and implant practice in Clearwater.

We're a small, close-knit team of
five who genuinely enjoy coming to work each day. We work efficiently, support one another, and maintain a positive, low-stress environment while providing exceptional care to our patients.

• $20–$27/hour , based on experience.
• Monthly team production bonus based on the practice's production goals. We believe in rewarding the entire team for working together toward shared success.

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM , with one Friday off every month

• Has experience in a denture and implant practice , oral surgery, or prosthodontic office.
• Is proficient in alginate impressions .
• Is comfortable assisting with the denture delivery process , including adjustments and patient education.
• Has a warm, caring personality and enjoys helping patients.

Selected candidates will complete a paid one-day working interview so both you and our team can ensure it's the right fit.
