About Us

Fisher and Associates, LLC is a professional architectural design firm specializing in retail, corporate office, and industrial projects. We are seeking a qualified Project Manager to lead commercial architectural projects from the conclusion of design development through construction completion.

Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple projects while maintaining design integrity, quality control, and client satisfaction. This position involves daily coordination with internal production staff, external engineering consultants, and contractors, as well as serving as the primary client liaison throughout all project phases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage production of construction documents in AutoCAD.
  • Coordinate internal draftspersons and third-party engineering consultants.
  • Oversee production scheduling, redlining, and quality assurance.
  • Review contractor submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, ADA requirements, and zoning regulations.
  • Facilitate permit submittals and maintain effective client communication.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture; licensure preferred.
  • 5–10 years of architectural project management experience.
  • Proven success managing commercial projects of varying scale and complexity.
  • Strong technical understanding of building systems, materials, and construction methods. Experience with masonry, steel and/or tilt-panel construction is highly desired.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD required;
    Revit experience preferred.
