Essential Job Functions- Develop and manage syllabus materials.
- Facilitate activities in the classroom, simulation laboratory, clinic, and/or other setting(s).
- Act as a liaison between the students and the faculty course director.
- Provide and facilitate examinations. May include assigning grades consistent with course requirements.
- Teach or facilitate classes based on varied schedules to accommodate diverse student needs and to meet the expectations of the College as assigned by the designated faculty course director.
- Prepare assignments and follow the course curriculum as assigned.
- Evaluate student performance and learning.
- Maintain an active classroom environment conducive to student learning and success.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Knowledge:
- Education/Training – Knowledge of principles/methods for curriculum/training design/teaching for individuals/groups, and the measurement of training effects.
- English Language – Thorough knowledge of the structure/content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
- Customer Service – General knowledge of principles/processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of user satisfaction.

- Critical Thinking – Using logic/reasoning to identify the strengths/weaknesses of alternative solutions/approaches to problems.
