The YMCA of the Suncoast seeks a Before and/or After School Site Supervisor for Oldsmar Elementary to lead the school-age program, ensure safety, compliance, and alignment with YMCA values while supporting youth development and family connections.
You will oversee daily site operations, plan SEL and academic activities, supervise staff and volunteers, manage records and finances, engage families and community partners, and respond to safety needs and emergencies.
