Sr Supplier Quality Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and aerospace industry, is seeking a Sr Supplier Quality Engineer to join their team. As a Sr Supplier Quality Engineer, you will be part of the Quality Department supporting supplier development and quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Lead supplier quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct supplier audits to assess capabilities and identify areas for enhancement.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
• Evaluate supplier capabilities, monitor quality metrics, and provide technical guidance and support.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and hardware disposition.

• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics from an accredited institution.
• 6+ years of experience in supplier quality engineering or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of quality engineering practices and methodologies.
• Experience in conducting supplier audits and driving performance improvements.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings for hardware disposition.
