THE POSITION

As a Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering here at Honeywell, you will lead and drive advanced manufacturing strategies and initiatives that shape the future of our manufacturing operations. You will provide strategic leadership, manage a talented team of engineers, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes, drive innovation, and achieve operational excellence.

You will report directly to the Senior Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering and you’ll work out of our Clearwater, FL location on a hybrid schedule.

In this role, you will impact the company by driving innovation, operational excellence, and cost efficiencies in our development programs for navigation and sensors products. By optimizing manufacturing processes, implementing cutting‑edge technologies, and leading continuous improvement initiatives, you will enhance productivity, improve product quality, and increase customer satisfaction.
