• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial controls or factory automation.
• Proven experience in Rockwell Control Logix or similar PLC programming platforms.
• Proficiency in PLC-based hardware design.
• Flexibility to work beyond standard hours to ensure minimal business disruption during system modifications.
• Demonstrated commissioning and programming expertise.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with customers at various levels of responsibility.
