* Key Responsibilities:

** Support Manufacturing Operations:*
* + Identify and understand challenges faced by production operators

+ Participate actively in manufacturing processes and activities

+ Analyze issues to determine root causes

+ Develop innovative process, tooling, and technology solutions

+ Assist with employee training initiatives

+  
** Collaborate and Problem-Solve:*
* + Work closely with engineers and technical specialists

+ Communicate with vendors regarding emerging technologies

+ Partner with machining professionals

+ Help with design reviews and risk management assessments

+  
** Establish New Manufacturing Processes:*
* + Assemble engineering prototypes and low-volume products

+ Develop build procedures and instructional documentation

+ Design and implement new tooling

+  
** Contribute to Product Verification and Validation:*
* + Define product requirements

+ Create and manage verification and validation plans

+ Perform product testing

+ Ensure compliance with documented processes

* Qualifications / Requirements:

*
* + Associate degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience

+ Ability to interpret mechanical drawings

+ Skilled in the use of measurement instruments

+ Strong communication skills

+

Experience with Solid Works

+ High attention to detail and commitment to quality
