We are seeking a Permitting and Arch/Engineer professional for an on‑site position in Clearwater, FL. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include managing permitting processes, coordinating with engineering and architectural teams, preparing and reviewing plans for compliance with local, state, and federal codes, and ensuring timely execution of projects. The role also involves liaising with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to facilitate seamless project workflows from initiation to completion.

• Experience with permitting processes, building codes, and regulatory compliance
• Strong skills in project coordination and collaboration with engineering and architectural teams
• Proficiency in preparing, reviewing, and submitting technical plans and documentation
• Knowledge of Florida-specific construction and home inspection standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage projects effectively under deadlines
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in post-inspection repair planning is a plus
