Zur Verstärkung unseres Einkaufsteams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten Einkäufer (m/w/d).

Your tasks:

• Operative purchasing processes & supplier management:
  Independent execution of operational purchasing (inquiries, offer comparisons, order processing) Time tracking and ensuring on-time material availability
• Verification of order confirmations, goods receipts, and invoices
• Handling of complaints and resolution of deviations with suppliers
• Participation in the selection, evaluation, and development of suppliers
• Support in price and terms negotiations and in the creation of framework agreements

Internal cooperation & process support:

• Close coordination with the production, work preparation, customer service, and quality assurance departments
• Support in monitoring inventory levels and optimizing order quantities and lead times
• Maintenance and updating of material and supplier master data in the SAP system
• Contribution to the development and optimization of purchasing processes
• Creation of evaluations and support in purchasing controlling (e.g., KPI tracking)
• Observation of relevant procurement markets and support in identifying cost savings potential

Your qualifications:

• Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with further education in purchasing
• Several years of professional experience in operational purchasing, preferably in the industrial environment, ideally in plant and mechanical engineering
• Technical understanding and the ability to read technical drawings
• Knowledge of commercial and contract law
• Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office
• Negotiation skills, fluent German and good English skills in writing and speaking
• Structured, independent, and reliable working method
• Communication skills, team orientation, and a confident demeanor
• Excellent organizational skills and cost awareness
