Parking Enforcement Attendant
At Towne Park, this role is more than a job; it’s an opportunity to make an impact by creating smiles for our patients, visitors and guests.
CompensationHourly base pay $16 per hour, with commission based on tickets paid.
Work Schedule8-hour shifts, combination of day and night shifts.

- Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, parkers, co-workers, and clients.
- Patrol and monitor each lot to ensure only authorized vehicles are parked.
- Enforce lots by issuing citations based on pre-approved guidelines to any non-paid or time-expired parkers.
- Manage lot signage, taking down, repairing, and assembling signs.
- Maintain lot cleanliness by picking up trash, cleaning signage, and other general lot maintenance.
- Troubleshoot parking meters and equipment when applicable.
- Prepare reports and file paperwork regarding violations and citations.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
- Perform seasonal tasks including snow removal by shoveling, salting, and operating a snow thrower.
- Execute other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Age 18 or older, with a clean driving record; valid driver’s license.
- Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- 1-3 months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to operate and maintain revenue control equipment.
- Skilled in facility maintenance and upkeep.
- Ability to log information and perform quick, accurate calculations.
- Knowledge of personnel policies and procedures.
- Basic calculator and fee computer proficiency.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work outside in all weather conditions.
- Exercise initiative and sound judgment.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with the public, agencies and other employees.
- Operate motor vehicles.
- Stand for the length of the shift.
- Lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
