- Coordinate event and trade show logistics, including timeline management, venue research, product ordering, RSVP tracking, and on-site event support.
- Manage communication with vendors (production agencies, venues, florists, photographers, A/V, and entertainment partners) while collaborating with internal Marketing, Digital, Creative, and Education teams.
- Track multiple projects simultaneously, create event briefs and production materials, and ensure all deadlines and project milestones are met.
- Support budget management by tracking expenses, negotiating vendor pricing, processing purchase orders, and handling chargebacks.
- Develop and maintain event tracking processes, support global event guidelines, and ensure consistency across international markets.
- Prior event planning/logistics experience required (trade show experience preferred), with strong organizational, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, along with exceptional attention to detail.
- Cosmetic/Retail/CPG Background Strongly Preferred
