Salary: $100,000–$130,000
Finance Manager Responsibilities- Oversee financial operations across multiple locations
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning initiatives
- Develop financial models to support business growth, new location openings, and capital projects
- Monitor KPIs to evaluate financial performance and identify margin improvement opportunities
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Deliver variance analysis, trend reporting, and actionable insights to executive leadership
- Manage cash flow, working capital strategy, and capital allocation planning
Partner with operations leaders to improve P&L performance, labor efficiency, and cost controls - Conduct ROI analysis for expansions, renovations, and strategic initiatives
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure financial process integrity
- Coordinate audit processes and collaborate with external accounting and tax partners
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable financial regulations
- Maintain oversight of leases, contracts, and financial agreements across entities
- Support leadership with special projects and ad hoc financial analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 5+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience
- Leadership/management experience required
- Strong understanding of P&L management, labor cost modeling, and inventory controls
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Strong business acumen and collaborative leadership style
