Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Analyze financial performance and key metrics to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and assess financial risks and opportunities and develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement capital allocation strategies to support business growth and expansion.
- Evaluate investment opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and strategic thinking.
- Experience in the direct selling or fitness industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive financial performance and business results.
- Proven leadership and team-building capabilities.
