The Role You’ll Play to Create Success
We are excited to announce our search for a full‑time Regulatory Compliance Analyst I. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the mission of Frank Crum by monitoring, communicating, and tracking Federal, state, and local information in the regulatory, tax, and employment areas.
Assists in monitoring and reviewing regulatory changes, bulletins, and statistical reporting published by various legislative bodies, Department of Insurance, Rating Bureaus, NCCI, and ISO and prepare formal communications to the impacted business units.Conducts basic compliance research and prepares summaries related to regulatory changes and new product offerings under supervision.Helps prepare, track, and file responses to service of process and consumer complaints.Assists in coordinating and preparing state regulatory and product‑related filings, and data calls.Provides support in acting as a liaison to the Department of Insurance on compliance and state filing‑related matters.Assists in maintaining various SharePoint compliance databases, contracts, trackers, and state filing status reports.Participates in ad hoc system testing and policy audits as directed.Helps gather and prepare exhibits related to regulatory investigations.Supports compliance audits, reviews standard procedures, and prepares formal recommendations under guidance.Assists in managing adjuster, producer, and company licenses and tracking submissions of new licenses.Supports enterprise risk management efforts by conducting risk assessments, documenting findings, and maintaining ERM documentation in accordance with internal standards.The Attributes We Seek
Working knowledge of Federal, state, and local laws regarding related aspects of the company, as well as knowledge of company services and products.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience working in insurance compliance- or product-related roles.Paralegal certification preferred.Experience with SIRCON and NIPR.Experience with NAIC, SERFF, NCCI, ISO, Reg Ed, Logic Manager, and IREFS preferred.Our
