Escrow Officer and Escrow Processor- to -Clearwater, FL

SetPoint Consultants is a national recruitment firm specializing in Title Insurance, Mortgage, Legal, Finance, and Customer Service. We are currently working with a growing title agency in Clearwater seeking an Escrow Officer and an Escrow Processor.

• Escrow Officer / Title Closer: $80,000–$100,000 + sign-on bonus up to $25K (based on experience)
• Escrow Processor / Title Processor: $60,000–$75,000 + sign-on bonus up to $5K (based on experience)

• Minimum 3 years of recent Florida experience
• Prepare files for closing, draft settlement statements, and conduct closings
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Active Florida Notary required;
  Title Agent License preferred

• 2–3 years of current experience with a title company or law firm
• Responsibilities include opening files, ordering payoffs and surveys, assisting with title clearance, and preparing HUDs

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2–5 years of relevant title experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient PC skills
