Sr. Financial Analyst

We are partnering with a well‑established, growth‑focused manufacturing and consumer products organization to add a Senior Financial Analyst to their Corporate FP&A team. This role offers strong visibility to leadership and an opportunity to influence key business decisions.

This position will serve as a strategic finance partner, helping to guide planning efforts, analyze performance, and provide insights that drive business outcomes across the organization.

• Own and support corporate budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning cycles
• Build dynamic financial models to evaluate business performance and strategic initiatives
• Deliver insights through financial reporting, dashboards, and executive presentations
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate results, identify trends, and improve financial outcomes
• Analyze month‑end results and provide actionable variance commentary
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across systems and reports
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to improve processes, reporting, and data flow
• Support corporate cost planning and ongoing spend analysis across functions
• Assist with capital tracking and analysis tied to key business initiatives
• Contribute to special projects, ad hoc analysis, and strategic planning efforts

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar discipline
• Several years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical roles
• Strong foundation in financial modeling, reporting, and performance analysis
• Advanced Excel capabilities with a proven ability to manipulate and interpret data
• Experience working with large datasets and reporting systems (ERP experience a plus)
• Exposure to data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms)
• Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non‑finance stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

• Experience with data querying or automation tools (SQL, Python, etc.)
• Familiarity with modern data environments or business intelligence frameworks
• Advanced degree or professional certification (MBA, CPA, or similar)
• Exposure to manufacturing, consumer goods, or product‑based industries
