Finance Manager

Overview

In-Office | Full Time | Clearwater, FL Mon-Fri 8:00 AM-4:00 PM (flexibility on evenings/weekends occasionally) Home Love is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee cash flow, invoicing, collections, and overall financial operations, including fleet management financial tracking and expense oversight. This role ensures timely revenue collection, controlled expenses, and accurate, audit-ready financial records.

• Manage cash flow, income, expenses, and fleet-related financial tracking
• Oversee invoicing, billing, collections, and receivables
• Ensure timely payment of vendors, bills, and operational/fleet costs
• Maintain accurate financial records in Quick Books Online
• Track financial performance, outstanding invoices, and fleet expenses
• Coordinate with internal teams and bookkeeping support
• Drive collections and follow up on overdue accounts
• Maintain organized, up-to-date financial systems

• 2-3+ years in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial operations
• Strong Quick Books Online experience required
• Experience with invoicing, collections, and cash flow management
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Excellent communication and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple financial priorities in a fast-paced environment
