Bilingual Customer Support SpecialistWe are hiring a full‑time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist
. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service to policy holders, agents, and other stakeholders.
- Assist insureds, agents and others to foster enriched relationships and provide accurate solutions.
- Reflect on current practices and recommend improvements.
- Document processes, research methodology, diagram workflows and track projects.
- Analyze and recommend changes in processes; track and maintain pre‑ and post‑change documentation.
- Assist with general questions, payments, and inquiries regarding policies and related commissions.
- Order policy audits, track and communicate audit progress.
- Organize and file policy documents and information.
- Issue refunds and commission checks.
- Prepare monthly journal entries by gathering claims details from third‑party administrators and bank statements for management review.
- Assist with reconciliations for GAAP and STAT reporting.
- Process accounts payable and monitor accounts receivable balances.
- Minimum two years of related accounting, administrative, and customer service experience.
- Minimum two years of active use of required technology (Visio, MS Office Suite, Access, data mapping, call‑center software such as ACD, IVR, CTI).
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, insurance, business, or closely related field; required experience may substitute for degree.
- Detail oriented and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
- Spanish bilingual: ability to speak, understand, and write in Spanish and English.
