We are partnering with a well‑established, growth‑focused manufacturing and consumer products organization to add a Senior Financial Analyst to their Corporate FP&A team. This role offers strong visibility to leadership and an opportunity to influence key business decisions.
About the RoleThis position will serve as a strategic finance partner, helping to guide planning efforts, analyze performance, and provide insights that drive business outcomes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Own and support corporate budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning cycles
- Build dynamic financial models to evaluate business performance and strategic initiatives
- Deliver insights through financial reporting, dashboards, and executive presentations
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate results, identify trends, and improve financial outcomes
- Analyze month‑end results and provide actionable variance commentary
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across systems and reports
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to improve processes, reporting, and data flow
- Support corporate cost planning and ongoing spend analysis across functions
- Assist with capital tracking and analysis tied to key business initiatives
- Contribute to special projects, ad‑hoc analysis, and strategic planning efforts
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar discipline
- Several years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical roles
- Strong foundation in financial modeling, reporting, and performance analysis
- Advanced Excel capabilities with a proven ability to manipulate and interpret data
- Experience working with large datasets and reporting systems (ERP experience a plus)
- Exposure to data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms)
- Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non‐finance stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment
- Experience with data querying or automation tools (SQL, Python, etc.)
- Familiarity with modern data environments or business intelligence frameworks
- Advanced degree or professional certification (MBA, CPA, or similar)
- Exposure to manufacturing, consumer goods, or product‐based industries
