Position Overview
As a Personal Banker within PNC’s Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Clearwater, FL 33761. Bilingual Spanish is preferred. PNC is an in‑office company that fosters a collaborative and supportive culture where employees can thrive.

Job DescriptionAcquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement, ultimately elevating client loyalty.
Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions. Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand and retain relationships. Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience.
Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively.
Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Demonstrate heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss. Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately.
QualificationsRequired Experience and Education
Associates degree or equivalent, 3+ years of experience in retail banking or related field. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
Must be subject to background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.

Paid time off includes maternity and/or parental leave, up to 11 paid holidays per year, 9 occasional absence days per year unless otherwise required by law, 15 to 25 vacation days per year depending on career level, and additional days based on years of service.
