What you'll do:
** Financial Reporting & Analysis
*** Prepare and analyze
** monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
** to support business unit performance
* Utilize and maintain dashboards and reporting models that provide clear, actionable insights
* Evaluate financial outcomes and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and growth
** Business Partnership & Collaboration
*** Partner with finance and cross-functional teams to support
** operational and strategic initiatives
*** Translate complex financial data into clear, concise insights for non-finance stakeholders
* Respond to ad hoc requests and evolving business needs with agility and accuracy
** Planning & Process Ownership
*** Support key FP&A cycles, including forecasting, planning, and performance tracking
* Contribute to improvements in financial processes, including reporting and month-end close activities
* Take ownership of assigned workflows and continuously identify opportunities for optimization
** Audit & Compliance
*** Assist with internal and external audit requests, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables

What we're looking for:

*** Required Qualifications
**** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
* 1–2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling is a plus
* Proficiency in performing basic mathematical calculations.
* Clear communication skills with the ability to present financial information effectively
*** Preferred Skills & Attributes
**** Understanding of corporate finance or FP&A concepts
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
* Self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership
* Familiarity with presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint) is beneficial

***** Must be able work a hybrid model 3 days in office, 2 days remotely; subject to change in accordance to business needs.
