Credit Analyst

Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting Credit Analyst opportunities in Clearwater, FL (Hybrid Role). Must meet the qualifications listed below.

• Review, prioritize, and manage assigned accounts and collection cases to meet productivity and performance goals.
• Monitor accounts receivable balances, aging reports, payment patterns, and account status.
• Conduct collection activities and follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment commitments.
• Research, investigate, and resolve customer disputes, deductions, claims, and account discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Reconcile customer accounts and ensure accurate account records are maintained.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Pricing, Traffic, and other internal departments to resolve issues impacting collections.
• Escalate complex account issues and provide recommendations for resolution.
• Support initiatives to reduce delinquency, minimize bad debt exposure, and improve cash flow.
• Prepare account analyses, aging reports, customer‑specific reports, and ad hoc financial reports as required.
• Participate in customer account review meetings and provide updates on collection status and risk assessments.
• Serve as backup support for other Credit & Collection team members when necessary.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Document all collection activities, customer communications, and account actions accurately.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• 2+ years of experience in Credit, Collections, Accounts Receivable, or a related finance function preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong customer service and relationship‑management skills.

Pay: $21.79 per hour.
Shift: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday.
Location: Clearwater, FL (Hybrid Role). Payroll is weekly.
