• Conduct therapeutic services for patients.
• Provide counseling sessions for families, individuals, and groups.
• Interview and develop psychosocial history; assess therapeutic needs; develop treatment objectives and monthly treatment summaries.
• Serve as the primary contact for patients and families during the stay at the facility, advocating with the treatment team.
• Liaise with outside agencies and individuals to coordinate discharge planning.

• Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in social work, counseling, or a related field.
• One (1) year direct clinical experience in family, individual, and group therapy (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills for multidisciplinary teams, managed care representatives, adults, and patient families.
