The Diabetes Dietitian Educator has experience in diabetes self-management training.

• Implement clinical and education programs
• Be responsible for quality improvement
• Research activities and be an expert resource for both patients and providers
• May also be responsible for the ADA Recognized Program process and community support programs
• Team members in the position are required to get certified (CDCES – Diabetes) within two years of their hire date/transfer date

• Registered Dietitian License (RD)
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 2 years of Registered Dietitian experience is required
• CDCES certification - preferred
