Home Instead is looking for individuals who would love a career as a professional caregiver. We welcome CNAs, current Home Health Aides, and individuals who have or possess the desire to help the elderly with their daily needs. We offer a complete training program (classroom and online), competitive wages, medical, dental, vision insurance, and flexible scheduling. Applicants must be willing to work 30+ hours per week, pass a Level 2 background check, drug screening, and have a clean driving record.

Every day in the United States, there are approximately 44 million individuals providing care for a senior loved one.

In a nutshell, caregiving is anything you do that enhances the quality of life for seniors and helps keep them independent. If you are an individual who cares for a loved one 24/7, it’s probably not difficult to see yourself as a family caregiver. Caregiving as a career encompasses many of these activities and more.

Caregiver pay may vary by level of care and length of shift. Starting pay:

Home Health Aide (HHA)/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) $15.00 / Hour

• Weekend premium
• Specialized care premium – up to $3.50 per hour above base rate
• Job training – initial and ongoing, including specialized training opportunities
• Flexible schedules – shifts can be arranged to fit your schedule
• Health, dental, vision, hospitalization, disability, and life insurance offered
• Work close to home – serve seniors in your own community
