• $23 – $26 Per Hour Depending on Experience

• Full Support Team

• Monday – Friday 8:30AM–5PM
• Coordinates and Schedules Patient Visits with Nurses and Clinical Staff
• Maintains and Updates Clinician Schedules to Ensure Efficient Coverage
• Communicates with Patients, Families, and Clinical Staff Regarding Scheduling Needs
• Assists with Managing Visit Frequency Based on Physician Orders and Plan of Care
• Ensures All Visits Are Scheduled in Compliance with Company Policies and Regulatory Requirements
• Works Closely with Clinical Leadership to Optimize Scheduling Efficiency
• Assists with General Administrative and Office Support Duties

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• Minimum 1 Year of Scheduling Experience Required
• Home Health Scheduling Experience Preferred
• Experience Working in a Healthcare Setting Preferred
• Strong Organizational, Communication, and Multitasking Skills
• Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
• Proficiency with EMR Systems and Microsoft Office Preferred
